here are some of these templates and documents. Feel free to use
these as you need to. Items that I have collected from others are

To prevent your browser from displaying a blank page, try the following:
1. Save the PDF directly to your computer by right-clicking on the link to the PDF (Macintosh users click and hold) in your browser.
2. Select Save Target As (if using Microsoft Internet Explorer) or Save Link As (if using Netscape Navigator) from the pop-up menu that appears.
3. You will then be able to open the file with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Common File Formats:
.doc files are Microsoft Word file, requires Word to be installed on your machine
.exe files are Microsoft Windows executable program, this will run when you click on it
.jpg files are Image file, Microsoft Paint or Microsoft Photo Editor required
.pdf files are Adobe Acrobat reader file, see note above
.zip files are WinZip file, requires WinZip to be installed on your machine (Click here to get Winzip free)
